After it opens go-to volumes and click on the system one then ok and let it run. Once complete do it for each volume to clear the virus. Unfortunately I did not do this first so I have it all over the image. There is a file called amigameboy.key found in two places, the S directory and in emulators/amigameboy/s that appears to hang the virus checker.
